Meet Jen

I began this path back in 1998 when I became interested in essential oils, herbs, and holistic wellness. In 2004, Conscious Alchemy came into being, and I formulated handcrafted skincare for local stores. In 2011, I became a Massage Therapist, specializing in fertility, prenatal and postpartum massage.

In 2012, while pregnant with my 3rd child, my midwife took me under her wing, encouraging me to become a doula and training me as her birth assistant. I fell in love with birth and am now a Labor and Delivery Nurse at a local hospital.  After spending time at the bedside, I recognized the value of quality education and preparation, and became certified as an Evidence Based Birth Instructor. 

I love learning & I love what I do. I am consistently refining & expanding my knowledge base so that I can provide the best support possible!
