Birth Doula Support
With over 700 births supported across doula work, birth assisting, and labor & delivery nursing, this work is built on a deep understanding of how birth actually unfolds—and what kind of support truly makes a difference.
At The Well Rounded Belly, our doulas are trained within that same model of care.
We believe that consistent, knowledgeable support can change not just how birth feels, but how it progresses. The goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and steady in your decisions—not unsure or overwhelmed.
When you work with our team, you receive 1-on-1 support from the time you sign your contract. Your doula is on call for you, available by text for questions, and present with you throughout your labor and birth.
Building a real connection matters. That’s why all of our packages include three prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and a postpartum visit. This gives you time to build trust, prepare for your birth, and feel comfortable with the person who will be supporting you.
Our approach to birth is both practical and informed. We focus on preparation—physical, mental, and emotional—so you’re not walking into your birth unsure of what’s happening or what your options are.
Positioning, movement, and understanding how your baby is navigating the pelvis are all part of how we support you. This isn’t guesswork—it’s based on experience and a strong anatomical understanding of birth, and it can make a meaningful difference in how labor progresses.
You’re not just hiring a doula—you’re stepping into a model of care that is grounded, informed, and intentionally built to support better experiences and outcomes.
Support you can trust
Our doulas are trained and mentored within this model of care—so the support you receive is grounded, informed, and consistent.
Each member of the team brings their own presence and personality, while working within the same approach to clinical understanding, hands-on support, and thoughtful guidance.
You’ll be matched with a doula who aligns with your needs, and supported by a team that works closely together behind the scenes.
