Pregnancy and Birth are amazing events, and we believe that informed choices lead to confident birthing experiences. Our classes are more than just educational sessions; they are interactive forums where you, as expectant parents, can explore the intricacies of childbirth, ask questions, and build a foundation of understanding. Led by an experienced Birth Doula and Labor & Delivery Nurse, our classes cover everything from common interventions & labor techniques to postpartum prep, fostering a sense of confidence in yourself and your support person.

Spinning Babies®
Birth Preparation Class

Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class highlights your baby’s active role to rotate down and out of the pelvis.

Learn techniques to help muscles in your pelvis support an easier birth. During labor, the baby turns through three levels of the pelvis. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!”

Babies “spin” to move through the pelvis.

Spinning Babies reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor and allows birth to be more comfortable.

Beginning in January 2026, we will have Spinning Babies Parent Classes every 3rd Friday in Bethesda, Md.

Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Class

Please Note that this class is now a private, virtual class! You set your own pace, and we meet 4 times, at your preferred intervals

By the end of this class, you should feel confident in your ability to embrace your birth experience with knowledge and power. Evidence Based Birth® has created an in-depth and informative curriculum that includes just about everything you want or need to know about childbirth.

Your class includes online videos to be watched from the comfort of your home, mentorship from me (your Evidence Based Birth® Instructor), a workbook, and the opportunity to set your own pace while learning this comprehensive curriculum
