The Breech Release
The Intersection of
Birth Work & Bodywork

The Breech Release is a specialized bodywork technique offered to support optimal fetal positioning for babies presenting breech late in pregnancy. Breech Release uses gentle stretches, compression, and positioning to help relax the structures and connective tissues that cradle the uterus, encouraging babies to find their best position naturally. This approach draws on both traditional wisdom and modern anatomical knowledge, creating a holistic experience that is safe, non-invasive, and deeply respectful of each client's unique body and birth journey.

At The Well Rounded Belly, Breech Release sessions are tailored to each family's needs, with a strong emphasis on comfort, trauma-informed care, and client agency. The technique is often combined with other supportive practices like Spinning Babies, acupressure, and education on fetal positioning, providing comprehensive care for those facing the uncertainty of a breech presentation.

Each session is approximately 90 minutes.
