I’ve always loved the quiet magic of massage. There’s something special about slowing down, tuning in, and giving the body a moment to breathe. Over the years, working with pregnant and postpartum bodies has taught me how much tension, alignment, and simple comfort matter — not just for how you feel day-to-day, but for how your baby settles and how your birth unfolds.

Prenatal Massage
​​
This massage is all about helping you feel good in your changing body. We focus on easing common aches, releasing tension, and creating more balance so baby has room to get cozy in a great position. You can choose side-lying or a comfortable face-down setup with a belly bolster — whatever feels best for you.

Labor Prep Massage
This session is designed to help you feel calm, open, and ready for labor.
It combines gentle “induction-style” techniques, Spinning Babies-inspired work, stretching, and deep relaxation to support the body as it prepares for birth.
A big part of labor is learning how to soften and surrender, and this massage gives your body and nervous system a chance to practice that ease.
Perfect anytime from 37 weeks on, or earlier if you have a planned induction.
Postpartum Massage
Birth asks so much of your body, and this session gives some of that energy back to you.
Postpartum massage helps settle the hips and shoulders, soothe tired muscles, support womb and core healing, and bring a sense of grounding during those early days and weeks. You can come in whenever you feel ready — there’s no timeline.


Breech Release Bodywork
If your baby is breech or simply exploring different positions, this gentle session can help your body feel soft, open, and balanced.
There’s no force used — this isn’t an ECV. Instead, we focus on comfort, relaxation, and creating space so baby can move if they’re ready.

Traditional Malay Postpartum Massage W/Bengkung Belly Binding

A warm, nurturing postpartum tradition that helps the body recover and come back into itself after birth.
This style of bodywork supports circulation, digestion, gentle abdominal healing, and an overall sense of warmth and ease — a beautiful reset for the postpartum period.

Belly Binding is a traditional Malaysian wrapping method that gently supports the abdomen, pelvis, and lower back after birth.
Your session includes a light abdominal massage, the bind application, and guidance so you feel comfortable continuing at home if you’d like.
