Care & Instructions
Do not soak during the first wash. Use normal wash with cold water.
- If you feel breathless or dizzy, remove immediately
- Just like wearing a corset, you may feel restricted and uncomfortable. You need to give yourself time to get used to it. Do not tighten too much in the first few days. Progressively tighten it as you get used to wearing it.
- Best to use in the morning, before breakfast, and leave it on for as long as you can take it. Recommended to put on 8 hours daily for the first 6 weeks after birth.
